What are your moral codes?

I’m sure everyone has different opinions on what they feel is right and just. So how do you transfer that to your life?
Do you believe in no lies at all, or that a white one is ok to save someone’s feelings? Do you have certain codes you adhere to?
Personally, I try not to hurt anyone intentionally, not to lie, I never cheat and I’m a vegetarian. I know these are not everyones choices, so I don’t force these opinions on people, but I would defend any of my morals absolutely if challenged.
Do you feel it’s important to make others aware of your morals or are they private to you?
