What could this feeling be?

I have travel sickness feeling, and I haven’t been in a car. I’m very dizzy the minute I stand up. I feel a little shaky as well, but not much.

i guess it could be that I’m dieting and my body could be missing carbs, although I don’t miss them myself, I don’t know.
