If fluther thinks I will lurve a question but I don't and just hit the not interested button does it get its feeling hurt?

What I mean is, other than a vague idea, I do not fully understand the way it decides what I like and don’t like. Is it by topic? By questioner? random? And, if I choose not to respond to a particular question does it then say “Right, see if you get any more questions in that vein, Bucko!” and go into a snit or will it try to interest me in the same topic at some later date, like maybe when I am not so pissy?
