Do you wait before going to a newly opened restaurant?

Chef Jose Garces is opening another new restaurant in Philadelphia. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed three of his places that we’ve been to so far, and I’m excited to visit the new one; however my husband thinks that you should always wait about a month after opening to go to a new restaurant so that they can work out the “kinks” and so that it’s not so overly crowded.
