Can anyone recommend a good book for Women Climbing the Corporate Ladder?

I am in a supervisory position at work, but have manager coworkers. Above us are DON and CEO. We seem to be the “middle men” and get stuck doing the grunt work. I am back in school in an attempt to climb the corporate ladder. I am tired of the passive aggressive behavior of some of my coworkers who are intimidated by me but have no support from the “higher ups”. Any recommendations for books that would help?
