Is there a legal way of watching CNBC for free?

My friend can’t afford to pay for cable TV and, besides, he only wants to watch one channel, CNBC. Is there a way he can get the programs on that channel on his TV or his computer without paying anything? He does not need the shows in real time but he does need them within a few hours of when they are broadcast.
