How can I find a job in another country?

I’m looking to try something new and I would like to completely move out of this country. I’m from Canada.

Maybe for a year or more. I would like to find a job either in the art field or anything at that point. Do you guys know any sites where i could find something or start my searches? I can’t seem to find anything real.
