Help needed with US phone number?

I am organising to have a gift posted in the US from Amazon.com, I have to fill out the receivers address and phone number, I have the number I ring from NZ but don’t know how much of it to write down. The number I ring from here starts 0015306…… Which numbers should I eliminate? I hope this makes sense.
