Does anyone actually enjoy See's candy more than regular candy bars and chocolate bars?

I notice that this time of year, some See’s candy stores get really crowded. I see the lines inside them as I go to other stores.

But isn’t See’s Candy actually not that great? That’s why people only buy it to give away… no one buys that stuff for themselves, do they?

It’s all dark chocolate poured over exotic nuts and sour jelly. Is that actually pleasing to anyone?

Isn’t Nestle Crunch a whole lot better? Is there people that actually enjoy See’s more than Nestle Crunch? Is it possible that the only reason See’s Candy makes money is that people always assume others like it?
