Will my nephew be alright?

While watching my nephew playing with his ball, he was reaching for it on the ground and I got distracted while watching the television, and he fell over and bumped his head on the floor. He is only one year and I think he hit his head pretty hard. There is a little swelling on the forehead, but after a good long cry, he started to play again as normal and has not shown any sign of pain for the rest of the day. Now as I watch him sleeping peacefully after his bath, I can’t help feeling worried that a blow like that could affect him in some way later on. Should I take him to the hospital for it? Will he be ok?
