What to do if offered job and have a planned vacation?

This is my first real full time job in a career I’ve been trying to get into. I accepted a job and I start in three weeks. I was so excited that I completely forgot to mention I have a planned vacation 4 months from my start date.
Should I call ASAP and let them know? I am willing to cancel if they say it will compromise but I figure it wouldn’t hurt to ask. It’s an annual big trip my bf goes to and I agreed to go with him next year and he booked a cabin and everything though.
Should I tell them now? I was told by friends that I should’ve brought it up once they offered me the job but I didn’t know that it was the professionally well mannered thing to do.
