Is this next door neighbor searching for a scapegoat?

We moved here in January of 2009 and the house next door was for sale. Here it is 2014 and it’s STILL for sale. She won’t budge on the price; she’s in there for the long haul. So yesterday she decided that our leaves are blowing on her yard, thus keeping her from selling the house. I have never noticed or even cared about leaves on the ground when looking at a new home; have you? So she dropped a note in our mailbox that our leaves do not let her house show at it’s best and she’d appreciate it if blah blah blah so someone is coming tomorrow to take care of our leaves. Is she trying to blame us for her home not selling? It is a beautiful two story anyone would be proud to own.
