Can questions that are asked here on Fluther harm someone in the longrun?

I am particularly referring to the NSFW questions. I was just thinking what if a member here; lets say for example is running to be the next president of the United States, and the rival political party or other people who want to see that member fail, tries to get dirt on their enemy. Could they use what was posted in Fluther for information? Is the information here really as private as it is supposed to be?
