Does Human Instrumentality seem like a good or bad thing to you?

Do you believe that by merging all human beings into one entity, not considering the differences of people, our minds not being bothered anymore by negative emotions and desires – that both make up some of the problems that we have trouble with today, and simply just existing, is a good way to live a life?
