Are there any of you who despite your age feel that a part of you has never grown up and may never do so?

I don’t mean the fact that you may like cartoons at forty neither that you love playing with your dog. I mean that in some cases your feelings, reactions and fears are those of a young child’s. A part of you inside still is as it was back then, as if time never touched that part of you. Do you know what I mean?
