Flash on Firefox?

Has anyone else had problems with Flash while you had multiple tabs open in (the latest) Firefox. If I have about 6 tabs open then youtube videos play for a second with no sound and then stop.

Has anyone experienced this or do you know how to fix it with an add-on or something?
