Halfway through my caramel ice coffee, sitting here inside a coffee shop, reading a digital book, a young woman walks in and something drops from her bag as she raises it to sling it up her shoulder on the way to the ladies room.

I look at that object that fell and it was something I thought would not be easy to guess, so here it is as a fun question in Fluther.
