Does he like me?

So I met a guy 3 years ago in college and he always stared at me whenever I walked into class. He would always have a yearning look on his face. Once he told me that I had pretty hair and smiled really big. In 2013 I took a prep class and he was in my class. He would always park next to me. Once I was on the phone in my car and I looked to my right and he was staring at me with that same look. That fall I volunteered at an organization he created with his friends and at the board meeting he constantly stared at me even while talking to other people. He introduced me to his friends as “Hey I want you to meet April that Ive told you about.” Later that night on twitter he posted: I wish I could shut off these feelings. This semester he ended up in one of my classes. On the first day of class when I sat down I heard someone say “Hi April how are you?” I turned around and it was him with that yearning look. He always sits behind me.
