What's a good way to get the aroma of cat pee out of a concrete floor in an area that's hard to get to?

Milo sneaked into a crawl space under my basement stairs two nights ago and had a pee. it took me a while to locale the exact source of the localized but strong aroma. What have you tried that works to eliminate the smell? Pet store suggests something called Nature’s Original Miracle Spray Just For Cats; Urine Destroyer. We can get in and vacuum the cement dust, debris and stuff that’s in the studs, but it’s an awkward space because one cannot stand up straight. Any other thoughts?
