Does anybody remember how the sportsTV fitness beach show was called back in the 90's?

I remember as a child there where girls only working on a blue carpets, working with a step. One of the girls was Kathy Derry, but it is not “fitness on the beach” show.

Anyone remember this?
It was on starTV or starSportTV between 1980–1990 I think.
