Is anyone surprised by the torture report?

The report is out, and it seems to pretty clearly indicate that our government knowingly lied to us (again). They lied about the number of detainees against who we used torture ahem, ‘enhanced interrogation’ against and about how effective those techniques were. In combination with the proven lies about MWD, the lives lost….....will anyone ever be held accountable?
