How to deal with my depression?

My name is Eric Morris and I am 20 years of age.I have been struggling with Depression for the past 6 or 7 weeks.I am A trained mental Health worker and I am feeling the signs that would indicate me to recomend my patient(if that was whom we were discussing)be institutionalized.I just don’t know what to do.

Backround Info:I have suffered from being Raped by my biological Mother and from that have suffered from various Mental Health issues like:PTSD,ADHD,OCD,Bipolar Depression,Obesity,Schitzophrenia,and Schizto-Effective Dissorder.I have been hospitalized close to 20 times and been placed in 2 different RTF’s.
