Obviously this is a developing story, but I figured there should be a discussion about it.

It’s not unheard of for Putin’s critics to be mysteriously murdered. Anna Politkovskaja, an anti-Putin journalist was gunned down in October 2006, and Alexander Litvinenko, another Putin critic, was poisoned with polonium a month later.
Boris Nemtsov, as leader of an opposition party, may have met the same type of fate.
