How to get fit for a busy teen?

My schedule never has more than 20 minutes to spare every day and I am slightly over my goal weight and I just can’t seem to find a work out that isn’t too intense that will show good results within a time frame. If you know of any good at-home no equipment workouts or foods that burn fat fast please let me know!
