Please what medication should I use?

I woke up one morning and noticed that there is a swelling at the upper right side of my abdomen. I have gone for scan and they told me that my organs are very OK and that the swelling is in my skin. I have taken medications giving to me by my doctor by the thing is still there. Initially there was a little pain but now no pain and it has not expanded much. Pls help me if you have had something like this before and what I should use to clear it. Thanks
