Rosacea Product Advice?

What are the best products to use if you have rosacea? I’m talking about things like face wash, moisturizer, etc. Specific brand recommendations are welcome.

I would only like answers from people that suffer from rosacea, please, because I’d like to know about products that have actually worked for people.

I know Clinique makes a line for rosacea sufferers, but I have no idea if it would actually minimize redness. Anyone?
