What are the qualifications to get enrolled in ADEC licensed teacher program?

I am interested in getting enrolled to the licensed teacher program organized by the Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC) and would want to know the qualifications and other procedures to get enrolled. Can someone help me with some useful info on this?
