The presumption is that you are.
If you are not, ignore the question.
But I see some comments that make me think there is more than a fair share of anger getting expressed on various threads.
The only place I personally know of where anger is constructive is on the battlefield, and that is only because if you are not angry, you might hesitate and get killed. Outside of that, it is destructive. (Ironic,when you think about it)
