Do you think it's all right for adults to use products designed for children?

I don’t mean toys or anything. More like medicine and hair products.I’m including baby products as well. I just recently picked up a 3 in 1 body wash, shampoo and conditioner made for kids. I haven’t checked the ingredients or used the bottle yet. I was wondering if it’s ok for adults to use medicine or other products designed for childrens’ use?
