Should I call him?

So I recently asked a question on here about my social anxiety. But now I need more advice.

So as you might know, I’ve been seeing this guy. Things have been going great! About a week ago he invited me to go to a party his friend was hosting. I got along with everyone. I was laughing and throwing in comments here and there. But I was rather quiet and awkward at times due to my social anxiety.

Well he dropped me off at home and went back to the party, but he told me he’d call me to hang out over the weekend. Well he hasn’t called in a week. I don’t know how to take that.

I’ve been keeping myself busy with school, my friends and family, I’ve been studying new subjects on my free time. But I can’t help but wonder why he hasn’t called. Maybe I was a little too socially awkward around his friends?

Should I try calling him? Should I just take that as him rejecting me and move on? Please help!
