Wound started to bleed during exercise?

I don’t know if this is of concern or not, so I thought I’d ask here before going to see a professional.
I cut my shin yesterday while shaving and it was pretty bad. It doesn’t look deep at all but it bled a lot. I put a bunch of band aids on it and about 15 minutes later it stopped.
Well today I went for my usual run and when I sat down to rest, I noticed blood coming through the band aids and blood running down my leg. I didn’t bump the cut or anything so I’m not sure why it’s bleeding.
Again it doesn’t look deep so I doubt I’d need stitches. Does a raise in blood pressure just cause some scrapes to bleed again? Because now that I’m resting the bleeding has stopped. Probably a stupid question but I’d just like to know what’s going on:)
