Is this moving too fast?

My best friend introduced me to her cousin since he was moving to the bay for work. Since I live in the bay and he don’t know anybody, she thinks it will be good for us to become friends. We were texting to plan a day for us to meet and I thought it would be awkward hanging out with him. This is not the first time I met him, I just never talked to him. When we were hanging out, we notice we have a lot of things in common and was talking non stop about our lives . We talk for about 10 hours. At first we wanted to be friends, but toward the end of the day we end with a kiss and cuddling by the river. We don’t really text because I don’t like it and he won’t text me unless he’s planning our next date. So our plan was to see each other once a week since we work.
