How do I interpret what these boys are doing? What does it mean? How do I react?

Boy#1 and I have been friends for over a year now. We’ve had on and off crushes on each other. 3 months ago we started flirting A LOT and he told me he liked me, but he also liked another girl. Boy#1 locker is next to mine and we were leaving for early dismissal. He gave me a genuine hug, but before I could walk away he pulled me back in and kissed me. A few days after he stopped talking to me completely. He closed himself off not only to me, but his friends as well (he ignores me and he stopped talking to his friends as much) Its been about 2 weeks since this happened. What should I do? Did the kiss mean something?

Boy#2 I went skating with my friends 2 days ago and this boy was hanging out with me. By the end of the night we left with each others number. Since then we’ve been texting nonstop and getting to know each other. We’re going skating again tomorrow and he wanted to know if he could kiss me while we were there (he asked through text) I replied ‘we just met two days ago’ after that he’s been acting weird and distant. I want to kiss him that comment was supposed to be a joke and I tried telling him, but he kept acting strange. Was it something I said?

I’m so confused. I like both boys, but I’m not sure if they feel the same way. I’m getting mixed signals and I need to figure this out.
