FB question. Can you tell me how to resolve this issue (details inside)

On FB I cannot access my SIL’s page; nor can I get to any question/response she has made (or others have made to a prior comment from her) by going through Notifications.
I can get to her messages by clicking on her name on the left but when I try to go directly to her page from there nothing happens.

I have, as far as I know, not blocked her. She claims she has not blocked me and we have both looked over our website and connections. We have tried unfriending each other and then making new friend requests to no avail. I still cannot directly reach her site or post.

Her posts do show up on my Home list however.

I do not have this problem with any other person. Any Ideas what button I, or she, has pressed to screw this up?
