How would you go about on how to get the last few dollars left on a prepaid Visa card?

Say what you want but I will not use my real Visa for anything on line.
I have found prepaid Visa cards work fantastic for on line purchases, the problem I find is that there is always a few dollars left on the card, not enough to make another on line purchase but still a few dollars never the less.
How would you go about getting these last few dollars?
