Ok I'm signed up for one hour of psychology services what should I tell him?

It’s on April 2nd. 3–4 pm. From those who know me what should I tell the intake psychologist? What should I not tell (like time travel ect.) There is only one psychologist to choose from. I already paid $95 and owe $95 after one hour.
Should I prepare something or wing it and let what happens happen?
