With the merger of Sirius and XM, is this the beginning of the end for terrestrial radio?

Is this the new media shift? In the next 1–2 years, automakers can sell a Sirius XM radio and/or HD radio as part of their audio packages. Do you think this will make regular broadcast radio change? Less commercials? More freedom? etc.
