What do I get my 101 grandmother for her upcoming birthday?

My grandmother lives out of state in a assisted care
facility. Her poor body is worn out so she stays in bed
quite a bit but her mind is about 85% all there.
She has a small room so doesn’t have any space for
flowers or any pictures or figurines. I am so very
blessed to still have her so I want to do something
special…but what?
