Could I have sued Total cereal for sending me to the hospital? (details inside ) (NSFW )

I watched a commercial for Total cereal , when i was 15, and it said that I had to eat 16 bowls of raisin bran to match the fiber in Total. SO I DID. I ended in the hospital in pain. I was in the hospital until I made a bowel movement. Which was a week. Do you have any similar mistakes or stories? At least can I get that commercial edited with a warning?
