Help me find great motivational quotes?

I’m leaving the company I worked for as an intern in the last 3 months.

At that company we had a “buddy system”, where someone doing the same job but more experienced would be your buddy and take you under his wing, and help you with anything you needed, show you around, etc.

My buddy during those 3 months was an awesome help and allowed me to have a very successful internship.

However, she was quite unhappy working there, because the work she does can get quite repetitive and boring, and the only reason she still works there is basically because she has to pay the bills.

As a goodbye letter, I’m writing a few sentences on the back of our buddy code. I want to finish with a great quote, so please help me find a perfect quote to encourage her to find a new job, a new passion, and doing something she likes. Something that really motivates and pushes her to apply for jobs that she will enjoy more.
