Suggestions on some places to go while alone in Anaheim, CA?

My fiancé is here in Cali on business and I tagged along. Two of the days he is working so I’ll be by myself until evening. I need some things to do and places to go! Left LA out of the equation because we plan to go there together later on in the week.
