Do you agree with the judge's sentencing in this case?

Story here

“A judge who imposed a 60-day jail sentence plus probation on a Montana man who repeatedly raped his 12-year-old daughter has become the latest jurist to face the wrath of the public for his actions on the bench.

Based on Sullivan’s testimony, treatment within the community in this case afforded ‘a better opportunity for rehabilitation’ and ‘for the ultimate protection of the victim,’ the judge wrote. A state exception to mandatory sentencing policies is meant ‘to encourage and provide opportunities for an offender’s self-improvement, rehabilitation and reintegration back into a community.’”

No big deal, right? This man just repeatedly raped his twelve year old daughter. Not like he really hurt anyone. Not like he went out and serially raped women. Besides, he has sons and it would be cruel to deprive them of a father figure. This man needs rehabilitation, not punishment. She was probably leading him on anyway, that little slut. You know how seductively 12-year-olds like to act and dress these days.
