Which matters most. Whether or not politicans lie? Or which party they belong to when they lie?

My observation is that all politicians lie.

But it seems that people make moral judgements about who is forgiven for lying based on which party the lying politician is affiliated with.

If you are a Republican and your candidate lies, that is OK, and if the Democrat lies, that is a sin.

And vice versa.

So the issue is not whether or not they lie.

The issue is which party is entitled to lie the most?

Right?
