Can you help me with a Dropbox question?

The company I work for uses Dropbox, and I still don’t really understand it. I just bought a new computer and need to access the Dropbox documents. I logged into Dropbox, I see the folders, but when I click on a document it doesn’t open.

I think when I first started using Dropbox back when I was hired I actually downloaded the folders. Then I was able to see all the documents in my folders. Is that right?

If I can just view online I prefer it. If I need to download the folders how the hell do I do it?

I’m so frustrated.
