Help with password reset?

I have had 3 social media accounts that appear to have gone haywire today, including this one. It’s logged in on my computer, but I am unable to log in from my phone, I get an error every time I put in my password. I have attempted to reset my password, but the email never came (yes, I checked my spam folder.) Can someone change it for me? Or otherwise give me a hand? Thanks.
