Selecting a correct DC stepper motor for a project?

I haven’t done much with motors, so I need some assistance.

I am trying to rotate a 20” stainless steel shaft back and forth in a 130 degree rotation. It needs to rotate to the 130 degree position and then move back to the 0 degree and repeat. The movement should be relatively quick, say the entire 130 degrees in 10 seconds.

Is a stepper motor the best option for this and if so, what other factors do I need to make the best selection?
