I'm a freelancer. How can I get US$ 4000 in two months to pay my tuition fees? (No student loans are available in my country and crowdfunding isn't an option)

I work as a freelance translator. My monthly income is approximately US$ 600. I applied for jobs at more than 50 places, but no one replied yet. I also tried my luck at some literary contests, but I didn’t win. Most of the contests require entry fees and I cannot afford losing more money. Even if I afford it, the results take time to be announced. What else can I do to earn US$ 4000 in two months? My tuition fees are about US$ 8000. I’ve already saved US$ 3000 and I can save about US$ 1000 by the end of the year. I will be in need of US$ 4000 and I have to pay by January. Any help or suggestion? Thank you.
