Is going for a walk really that bad?

Staying away from people and going on a trail is what I mean.
I really want to, but so many people are getting pissed at seeing people out for walks. I am doing everything I can to not leave the house unless needed, but realistically I need to go outside for a little bit or I’ll go crazy.
Is it that harmful to just for for a walk on a trail?
