Internet Problem?

So heres the problem. I moved to a new apartment, and when i connect one of my computers to the internet, it says limited or no connectivity. This computer works fine of course. So I am not sure exactly what is going on with the other computer. I think it has something to do with the fact that I am at a new apartment, and maybe a new IP? Anyone got any ideas how to fix it?
