How can people still be so excited about Sarah Palin?

…when she’s openly lying? She said today that she told Congress “thanks, but no thanks” to the bridge to nowhere program when her record, in black and white, shows that she was a strong supporter of that pork until it got scrapped, and only then did she change her opinion. AND STILL KEPT THE MONEY! As much as I’d like to be excited about a woman on the ticket, I really don’t get it.
